Olivet School After Care Program

At Olivet School, we understand that families have busy schedules. Our After Care Program provides a safe, welcoming, and structured environment for students who need care after the regular school day ends.

Available to Olivet School students enrolled in full-day classes, After Care runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Students are supervised by caring staff and enjoy a balance of outdoor play, homework time, age-appropriate activities, and free play.

A Fun and Structured Afternoon

After the school bell rings at 3:00 p.m., students transition into our After Care Program, where afternoons are designed to provide both structure and opportunities to relax, play, and have fun.

A typical afternoon includes:

• Outdoor play and opportunities to get active
• Homework time and quiet activities
• Activities and games
• Free play and time to socialize with friends
• A healthy snack, such as fruit, cheese, meat, and crackers

Friday Movie & Popcorn

Fridays are a special treat! Students enjoy popcorn and an age-appropriate movie to wrap up the school week. The movie selection is announced in advance in the weekly newsletter.

Program Hours

Monday–Friday | 3:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.

After Care is not available on:

• The first day of school
• The last day of school
• Professional Development (PD) Days

Flexible Options for Families

Families are welcome to use the After Care Program as often or as little as they require. We understand that schedules can vary, and sometimes families need a last-minute childcare solution.

Daily drop-in space is available at an hourly rate, providing families with flexibility when occasional after-school care is needed.

After Care Fees

3–5 Days per Week

For families who use After Care 3 to 5 days per week, with pickup anytime between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. they will be charged the $535 per month flat monthly rate.

Fewer Than 3 Days per Week

For families who require After Care fewer than 3 days per week, care is available at the $25.75 hourly rate.
