Emily Crampton
Principal
Emily Crampton, Principal of Olivet School, earned her undergraduate degree in Liberal Science from Laurentian University and her Bachelor of Education from Nipissing University. Over the past 12 years, she has worked in a variety of educational environments—from close-knit rural schools to large K–12 schools with more than 3,000 students—giving her a broad and well-rounded perspective on student needs..
Todd Beiswenger
Pastor
Todd Beiswenger brings with him a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to ministry. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Todd attended New Church schools before earning a degree in Marketing from Auburn University. After spending ten years in the business sector, he felt called to pursue ministry and served as a pastor in Sydney, Australia, from 2012 before coming to Olivet School in 2025.
Todd also has a meaningful personal connection to the community—his wife is from Etobicoke, where they are now delighted to make their home. He is a great addition to the faculty and works diligently to contribute to the school’s strong community.

Kimberly Parker
TEACHER, JUNIOR KINDERGARTEN, SENIOR KINDERGARTEN
Kimberly Parker is thrilled to be teaching Kindergarten at Olivet. She graduated from the Early Childhood Education Program at Humber College and holds her RECE designation. Kimberly also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from York University and completed the Developmental Services Worker Diploma Program at Humber College.
She believes in an eclectic, child-directed approach to early childhood education, blending multiple models and strategies while adapting to meet the individual needs and interests of each child to ensure full inclusion and participation. Kimberly brings care, kindness, and a wonderful sense of humour to her classroom, creating a warm and engaging learning environment for her students.
Britteny Wilson
Teacher, Grade 1
Britteny Wilson knew she wanted to be a teacher from the age of eight. She completed her undergraduate studies at Queen’s University and earned her teaching degree from the University of Toronto before bringing her passion for education to Olivet School. Britteny believes in child-led learning, balancing traditional strategies with innovative approaches, and fostering growth through positive encouragement.
Outside of school, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, and spending time with her cat, Kitt.
Kamila Zuk-Borawski
TEACHER, GRADES 2 AND 3
Kamila Zuk-Borawski is thrilled to be teaching Grades 2 and 3 at Olivet School. She graduated from York University and completed her Early Childhood Education Program at Centennial College.
Kamila believes that the best learning happens when children are interested, engaged, challenged, and supported. Energetic, fun, and caring, she is dedicated to guiding students through self-discovery and creating inclusive classrooms where diverse learning styles are celebrated.
Outside of school, Kamila enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors in nature, swimming, and indulging in ice cream.
John Treptow
Teacher, Grades 3, 4 AND 5
John has a passion for education and is grateful to serve in such an important and rewarding role at Olivet School and within the surrounding community. His love for children, combined with a patient and supportive demeanor, fosters a nurturing classroom environment that accommodates a variety of learning styles.
After completing an Honours Degree at York University, John studied abroad to further expand his knowledge before returning home, where he was accredited and recognized by the Ontario College of Teachers.
Outside of school, John actively practices his faith, maintains a healthy and active lifestyle, and enjoys combining travel with time spent with family and friends.
Sharon Burlacoff
Music Teacher
Sharon is delighted to join Olivet School as our Music Teacher. With over two decades of experience running a thriving music school, she felt called to expand her work and share her passion for teaching young children. Sharon believes that teaching music within a Christian environment allows her to combine her extensive training, teaching experience, and faith while nurturing the inner musician in every child.
She brings years of experience as an Artistic Director, designing early childhood music programs and holds certifications in Orff, Kodály, and Dalcroze Eurhythmics. Sharon is also an active piano teacher and accompanist, working with students of all ages.
Outside of her professional life, Sharon and her husband maintain an active lifestyle, participating in triathlons and marathons.
